I’m sitting here today contemplating the auto body business and how to build internet presence for my business in Boise.. ..basically beating my head on the desk..there is sooo much to learn and I am sooo old..at least that’s the way it feels, talking about Linkedin and Google plus and Facebook and Twiiter and my website and optimization.. blogs and video…you get the picture..
After being in this business of auto body repair for almost 30 years..I always thought just doing a good job for your customers was enough to keep your stable full…Well it seems to be different today..much different..So with my head beat up from the desk hitting it, I looked up when a customer entered the door to pick up her car..she was bright and cheerfull..Loved the car and complimented us..that took some of the throbbing out of my head..it was refreshing. She asked me what happened to my forehead..well, not really..but I asked “How did you find us?” She smiled as she was walking towards the door…
“ the internet” she replied..
So I guess I’ll go back to what I was doing…
