Just got our I-CAR Gold certification yesterday. We've been Gold Certified for years, but it's something you need to continue each year. I was looking on the I-CAR website and noticed there were only 9 shops in the Treasure Valley that have this certification. It's our industry's way of educating the worker bees in the shop. Basically it sets the acceptable standards by which the repairs are done. Continuing education is important in every industry. Sometimes you get tired of buying the classes each year but it's nessesary to assure the insurance companies that you're well qualified to work on all cars..
So, we are the guys to bring your auto to..we even have the paperwork to prove it...
